  TLEsort is a program (runs under Win9x/NT DOS window) that sorts the standard TLE "triplets" as currently distributed by the above sites. I have been concentrating on the LunarCal and have not had chance to convert the program to have a full windows GUI interface. I shall create a similar program like LunarCal to track satellites later. You may download this program. It freeware.
